To address this, we designed a set of branded Google review cards, tailored to encourage patients to leave positive feedback.

Scope of Work

We created custom, pocket-sized Google review cards that were distributed to patients after their appointments. The cards were designed with simple instructions and a direct link to the review page, making it easy for patients to leave feedback.

Results

The implementation of the Google review cards was a success, leading to an increase in its star rating by a whole star since they cards started being used in 2023. This boost in reviews and rating not only strengthened the practice’s online reputation but also helped Gratton House rise in local search rankings, making it easier for new patients to discover them.
